Der induktive Substratvorwärmer ist ein effizientes, sauberes und kompaktes Elektroinduktionsheizsystem zum Erhöhen der Temperatur des Aluminiumsubstrats vor reflektierende Folienanwendung.
Der Substratvorwärmer verwendet elektromagnetische Induktionserwärmung, um die Aluminiumtemperatur auf ein angemessenes Niveau für den Stanzprozess zu erhöhen. Induktion erwärmt das Aluminium präzise, ohne dass die Maschinentemperatur erhöht wird, wodurch die Möglichkeit einer Verletzung des Bedieners ausgeschlossen wird.
